HTML Email Template

Objective: Create a HTML email template to work with an existing mass email service (and later facilitate a transition to Mailchimp)
Deliverables: Collection of HTML email templates, tagged audience of Mailchimp contacts, collection of Mailchimp templates
Process: Observe typical email content structure, design mockups using Figma, code HTML/CSS email template. Use Excel to filter out duplicate and incomplete contacts and create lists of volunteers, members, and other contacts to input and tag. Design matching, branded templates in Mailchimp and facilitate Mailchimp training for staff.
